Refund policy
Because every order is made to order, just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box shop. Please read this before you buy, and use the size guide. It saves us both a headache.
We stand behind the work
If your order arrives with a defect, a misprint, the wrong item, or damage from shipping, we will replace it or refund it, no fuss. Email info@woodsislandoutfitters.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or two, and we will sort it out fast.
Change of mind or wrong size
Since each piece is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. This is the honest trade-off of made-to-order: no overproduction, no landfill, but we need you to check the size guide before you order. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us first and we will help you choose.
How to start a claim
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@woodsislandoutfitters.ca. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for your bank to post it once we have issued it.
