Welcome to Woods Island Outfitters

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products

Everything we sell is made to order and printed in Canada. Because garments are garment-dyed natural cotton, slight variation in colour, wash, and texture from piece to piece is normal and part of the character, not a defect.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate. If we find an error in a price or description, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at the wrong price, with a full refund.

Orders and cancellation

Because we begin making your order quickly, we can only cancel or change an order within a short window after it is placed. Email info@woodsislandoutfitters.ca right away if you need a change and we will help if it has not gone into production.

Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges policy for details.

Intellectual property

The Woods Island Outfitters name, logo, crests, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use our content or designs without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

 These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
