Shipping policy

Every piece we make is made to order and printed in Canada. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, we make it for you, which means a little patience up front and a better garment in the end.

Production time

Each piece is made to order, so we need a few business days to print and prepare it before it ships. Garment-dyed cotton takes care to get right, and we would rather it be right than fast.

Shipping time

Most orders arrive within about 10 to 14 business days from the day you order. The far corners of the country take a little longer, as anyone from out around the bay already knows.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada. If you are ordering from outside the country, reach out at info@woodsislandoutfitters.ca and we will see what we can do.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Order two or more pieces and shipping is on us.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If it has been longer than the windows above and you have not heard from us, email info@woodsislandoutfitters.ca and we will chase it down.

Lost or delayed in transit

Once a package leaves our hands it is in the carrier's, but you are not on your own. If something goes missing or stalls, contact us and we will help make it right.
